Gregor Miller is a seasoned Management Consultant, Senior Executive/Transition Coach, Leadership Development Expert and Facilitator, practicing in Europe and Asia for over 20 years. His background is one of leading teams to create, develop and deliver large and medium scale organisational change, engagement/culture development and talent management strategies in complex businesses, FTSE 100 and global/regional partnership environments.
He has held board positions in Organisational Development and currently holds People Development Strategy Board Advisor and Senior Executive Coaching Panel positions with numerous global organisations, working in Asia and Europe in the fields of emotional intelligence, leadership development, organisational & cultural change, outplacement, succession and organisational/team performance. He holds and has held numerous CEO and CEO-1 coaching relationships across numerous industries including Oil and Gas, Professional Services, Banking, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals & Health Technologies in APAC and Europe.
His coaching style has been described as very supportive in the way he appropriately challenges his clients to develop new insights and approaches to meet very clear objectives established for the coaching relationships. He is certified in a wide range of psychometrics and coaching models that can support his relationships and stakeholders, working together to develop a significant impact supported by an experienced ‘narrative coaching’ style.
Gregor has been awarded various Fellowships in recognition of his achievements, including the Chartered Institute of Management (FCMI), Institute of Leadership & Development (FInstLM), Royal Society of Arts and Commerce (FRSA) and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors (FIoDHK). He studied at Leeds University (UK) for a BEd in Education and Psychology, and the University of Cumbria (UK) for the MBA in Leadership & Sustainability.
With over 4000+ Senior Level Coaching hours, he is supervised and regulated through his memberships and accreditations of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Senior Certified Business Coach (CBCä) with the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and, additionally certified memberships of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) and Hong Kong International Coaching Community (HKICC); and he is also a founding member of the Centre of Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in the United Kingdom.

Jeni has been working in the field of Early Years development all of her career, over 40 years, as a teacher, Head Teacher, Early Years Lecturer (UK), Head of Early Years at Bretton Hall (Leeds University UK), Principal for the English Schools Foundation Kindergartens and Anfield Kindergarten, and Director of English Studies for Victoria Education in Hong Kong to name just a few. She has also been responsible for building Kindergartens from the ground up. With a very strong local and international reputation, she has worked on many committees including the National Children's Bureau in London, UK reviewing training materials for Social Services (Under 8 yr old) Registration Officers and all curriculum and management training packs for those working with young children.
Jeni is a strong advocate for raising teaching standards, developing capability and providing the best quality education. One of her major strengths is in the field of training, ranging from initial teacher training, in-service courses for local authorities for serving teachers, kindergarten assistants, college diplomas, teaching degrees, parenting workshops, developing teaching assistants and as guest speakers at many local, national conferences and international conferences.
Jeni has an international mindset, having lived and worked in Hong Kong and Asia for nearly two decades. She has also had private sector experience as Education Director, responsible for building 'flagship' private workplace kindergartens and nursery day-care provision in London, UK for Susan Hay Associates (Bright Horizons Family Solutions, USA).
